Welcome to Patio Furniture Warehouse. By accessing or using our website or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Product Information

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate and up to date. However, we do not guarantee that product details are error-free. Minor variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to differences in screen displays or natural materials.

2. Pricing and Promotions

All prices are listed in CAD and are subject to change without notice. Promotional pricing is valid only during the promotional period and applies to specific regions (e.g., Lower Mainland for delivery).

We reserve the right to cancel or adjust pricing for errors, inaccuracies, or changes in availability.

3. Orders and Payments

  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

  • We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods.

  • Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • Custom or special orders are made to your specifications and are non-refundable.

4. Delivery Policy

  • Our flat rate fee includes basic curbside delivery.

  • For apartments, delivery is made to the building lobby or front entrance.

  • Customers must be present or designate a representative to accept delivery. Written notice is required if someone else will be accepting the order.

  • If no one is available at the scheduled time, the delivery will be returned to our warehouse and an additional fee will apply to reschedule.

  • Delivery dates are estimates and may vary based on scheduling and logistics.

We reserve the right to refuse delivery in cases where customer behavior poses a threat to the safety of our team or the product.

5. Return & Exchange Policy

  • Returns are accepted on regular stock items purchased online only.

  • A 25% restocking fee applies to all returned products.

  • Products must be unused, unassembled, and in resaleable condition with original packaging, hardware, and instructions.

  • Email us within 5 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.

  • Once approved, you have 14 business days to return the item at your own expense.

  • Initial delivery/shipping fees are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to decline any return or exchange that does not meet our policy requirements.

6. Order Cancellations

  • A 6% cancellation fee applies to all orders cancelled before shipment.

  • Once an order has shipped, it is subject to the return policy and restocking fee.

  • Custom orders and items marked final sale, as-is, or clearance are not eligible for cancellation.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom or special-order items

  • Assembled or modified items

  • Flat-packed (RTA) furniture

  • Clearance, liquidation, or final sale items

  • Items without original packaging

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling

8. Warranty Policy

All products are covered by a limited warranty for defects present at the time of delivery.

Warranty Claims:

  • Must be reported within 5 days of delivery

  • Include proof of purchase, a description of the defect, and photos of the item and packaging

Exclusions:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Clearance or liquidation items with minor cosmetic flaws or packaging damage

Due to our low pricing model and ever-changing inventory, we do not offer long-term warranties or guaranteed restocking of items.

9. Limitation of Liability

Patio Furniture Warehouse shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our products or website. Our total liability for any claim related to the products or services provided is limited solely to the purchase price of the item in question.

10. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Personal information is collected solely for processing orders and providing customer service. Please refer to our [Privacy Policy] for full details.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia. Any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use our website or purchase products after changes are posted, you agree to the revised terms.
