Customer satisfaction is at the core of our business and this is why we offer a one year manufacturer damage warranty for regular stock products. Warranty covers manufacturer defects only unless otherwise stated by the distributor of a particular product. In the event your items arrive with or suffer from manufacturer defects within the first year of purchase, contact us and we will replace or repair as needed. Should your item included a warranty card from the manufacturer, please fill it accordingly and send it in as per instructions in order to be eligible for warranty. For items without warranty cards email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to start a claim. We will require your proof of purchase, receipt, order number along with pictures and a description of the problem. Your claim will be sent to the manufacturer of the product for a review and decision. Customer will be responsible to bring/ship damaged item(s) to our warehouse for repair or exchange.
We cannot accept warranty claims for damaged product due normal wear and tear, misuse, sun damage, fading or any other damage related to improper care and storage. Patio furniture is resilient and made to last in outdoor environments but proper care and maintenance is required.
Items sold “as is”, clearance, liquidation, final sale or one time sales will not be eligible for warranty claims.
