We reserve the right to refuse any delivery that we find to have malicious intent towards our business or compromises the safety of the delivery team or products.

Delivery promotion rate is for shipping within the local Vancouver area only, if you are unsure if you qualify please contact us at info@patiofurniturewarehouse.ca

Delivery Teams

We are using 3rd party couriers to ship orders to our customers all over the lower mainland. Please call their customer service when you receive your shipping notification to see what protocols they have in place.

Large Parcel

Large parcel deliveries cover the basics of getting your purchase to your front door, Please note that for apartments “front door” is considered the lobby of your building. Signatures are usually required for these types of deliveries – Please make sure to discuss your delivery when the courier contacts you.

Delivery team will not deliver any order unless the customer or their representative is there to receive the delivery. Should the customer appoint another person to receive the delivery he/she will need to inform us in writing by email. Should the customer not be home during the confirmed scheduled delivery day, the order will be brought back to our warehouse and customer will need to reschedule and pay another delivery fee.
