Warranty Policy

At Patio Furniture Warehouse, we stand behind the quality of our products. All items are covered by a limited warranty for defects in materials or workmanship at the time of delivery.


Important Note

Due to our commitment to offering low prices and a constantly changing product selection, we are unable to provide long-term warranties. Many of our products are available for a limited time and may not be restocked, limiting our ability to offer extended support beyond the initial delivery period.

Additionally, some items are sold as clearance or liquidation products and may have minor imperfections, cosmetic flaws, or damaged packaging. These conditions are reflected in the discounted pricing and are not considered defects under this warranty.


Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers any defects present at the time of delivery.
If you receive a defective product, we will repair or replace it at our discretion.


Warranty Period

All claims must be submitted within 5 days of receiving your order.


How to Make a Claim

  • Proof of purchase

  • Description of the defect

  • Photos of the product and packaging


Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Repairs or modifications made by unauthorized parties
